端蒙120周年校庆晚宴报名指南
🎉 主题：《同裳双甲子，同心端蒙人》

📍 地点：醉花林俱乐部 (190 Keng Lee Rd, Singapore 308409)
⏳ 报名期限：2026年7月1日起至8月31日（或满额为止）
💰 餐费：每位 $80（若需素食或清真餐饮，请在报名时务必注明）
第一步：完成付款与最终确认
- 付款方式：确认出席意向后，请使用 PayNow 付款，UEN: S96SS0083A（端蒙校友会）。
- 付款备注：转账时请务必在备注中写明代表人的姓名。
- 发送截图：付款完成后，请将成功交易的截图通过 WhatsApp 发送到校友会专线 (8911 0353)。
- 提交尺码期限：请务必在付款后两周内提交所有人的T恤尺码，以便安排印制
第二步：选择专属纪念T恤尺码
每位出席者都将获赠价值约$100的120周年纪念礼包（内含定制T恤），晚宴当晚请穿上或套上以参与“千人同裳照”历史大合照
*XS 建议选 S，2XL 可考虑选 XL 或 3L，图片仅供参考。
第三步：确认人数并提交报名信息
请根据您的同行人数，通过 WhatsApp (8911 0353) 向校友会提交名单：
- 个人 或 9人及以下小组：直接在 WhatsApp 发送“每位出席者姓名 + 对应的T恤尺码”即可。
- 10人及以上（大组/整桌）：大组以每桌10人为单位。请推选一名组长负责统一领取该桌T恤，并统一提交组员信息（例如：列号 1，2 … 、姓名、尺码）
晚宴当天的交通安排
为方便校友，当天将提供免费双程巴士接送服务：
- 🚌 去程：傍晚 5:15 – 6:15（纽顿地铁站 Newton MRT A出口候车站 → 醉花林）
- 🚌 回程：晚上 10:00 – 10:30（醉花林 → 纽顿地铁站）

Registration Guide for Tuan Mong 120th Anniversary Gala Dinner

📍 Venue：Chui Huay Lim Club (190 Keng Lee Rd, Singapore 308409)
⏳ Registration：1 July 2026 – 31 August 2026 ( until all seats are fully booked )
💰 Dinner fee：$80 per person ( please indicate vegetarian or halal requirements )
Step 1: Complete payment and final confirmation
- Payment Method: After confirming your attendance, please use PayNow to make payment to UEN: S96SS0083A (Tuan Mong Alumni Association)
- Payment Note: Please be sure to include the name of the representative in the remarks when making the transfer.
- Send Screenshot: After payment is completed, please send a screenshot of the successful transaction via WhatsApp to the Alumni Association hotline (8911 0353).
- Size Submission Deadline: Please submit all T-shirt sizes within two weeks of payment to allow us to arrange printing.
Step 2: Select your commemorative T-shirt size
Attendee will receive a 120th anniversary gift bag worth approximately $100 (including a custom T-shirt), which is requested to be worn or slipped on during the dinner to participate in the historic group photo of “A thousand people in matching outfits“.
*For XS, we recommend choosing S; for 2XL, consider XL or 3L. Images are for reference only.
Step 3: Confirm the number of participants and submit registration information
Please submit a list of your companions to the alumni association via WhatsApp (8911 0353), based on the number of people in your group.
- For individuals or groups of 9 or fewer: Simply send “the attendee’s name and T-shirt size respectively” via WhatsApp.
- For Groups of 10 or more (large groups/tables): Large groups consist of 10 people per table. Please choose a group leader to collect the T-shirts for the table and submit the group members’ information (e.g., number 1, 2, …, name, size).
晚宴当天的交通安排
Transportation arrangements on that day:
- 🚌 Outbound: 5:15 PM – 6:15 PM (Newton MRT Station, Exit A → Chui Huay Lim Club)
- 🚌 Return: 10:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Chui Huay Lim Club → Newton MRT Station)
